Adding your events to Apple Maps
First, claim your venue on Bandsintown Pro.
Once your venue is claimed, visit the Events section and be sure all of your upcoming shows are listed—this is the data Apple Maps uses to retrieve your events. Apple Maps pulls all published events associated with your Bandsintown venue page and displays them each time a user discovers your music events on Apple Maps. There is no limit or restriction to the number of events that can be displayed.
If you add or remove an event or update an existing one, your changes will appear on Apple Maps within 24-48 hours. To submit an urgent modification request, email [email protected].
If you do not see your events on Apple Maps, or if you do not see your changes reflected, double check that your venue shows up on Apple Maps and wait 48 hours for the changes to be reflected. If you still do not see your events after 48 hours, email [email protected].
Where to find your venue and events on Apple Maps
In the Apple Maps app, search for your venue. Beneath the venue name and location, click on Tickets. This will take you to the Shazam module, which automatically displays listed music events from your Venue Bandsintown page.
Apple Music Guides
Apple Music features curated Guides in 40 major cities highlighting the best venues to experience live music in some of the world’s leading culture hubs. Through these Guides, fans can browse venues’ upcoming shows directly from Maps through Shazam’s concert discovery module.
