To verify your relationship with a venue that is already listed on Bandsintown:

Facebook or Twitter: Sign into the Facebook or Twitter account associated with the venue.

PLEASE NOTE: The email address entered on Bandsintown must be the same as the one used on Facebook or Twitter.

Phone/text: You will receive a text message or a phone call, based on your selection, with a verification code sent to the business phone number publicly listed for the venue

Contact Bandsintown: Fill in the form to submit your verification request directly. Be sure to include a link to your venue's Facebook page and your company's website showing your name and email address as a manager of the venue. You should receive a response within 48 hours, and until then, you’ll see the venue in your list with the words Pending Verification below it.

PLEASE NOTE: If you receive an error message when adding your link, it may be because you didn’t add your email address to your profile. Go back to the My Account page and ensure your email address has been added.

Once verification is complete, you’ll see a confirmation message.

First, follow the steps above to claim a venue page to ensure the page is not already listed on Bandsintown.

If the venue is not listed, click Contact Us at the bottom of that dialogue box or email us directly at [email protected] with the link to your venue's Facebook page or website and your relationship to the venue.

To verify your venue page, Email [email protected] with the link to your venue's Facebook page and website, and our team will determine if you qualify.

If your venue has multiple stages with separate Bandsintown venue profiles, you have the option to combine them into one venue that can be managed from a single Bandsintown Pro account.
