Learn about the methodology we use to measure the ROI reported in our case studies.

To measure ROI, our system matches ticket buyer email addresses for all events that occurred in a given month with Bandsintown users who opened or clicked on the Automated Fan Email Alerts sent leading up to each event.

For example, if 100 Bandsintown users open or click on an email alert for an event, and then 50 of them buy tickets immediately or anytime leading up to the event, the revenue generated from those 50 ticket sales will be attributed to Bandsintown Pro.

The ticket sales revenue attributed to Bandsintown Pro is then divided by the monthly cost of the venue's premium subscription to arrive at the ROI.
